Thirty Six Zorra is a 36-story condominium located in Etobicoke. I worked on executing their brand while working as Senior Copywriter at Gladstone Media, and developed a fun, fresh voice to encourage a younger audience to "get [their] colour on" in a new location. I worked alongside the creative director to develop a script for film, write an investor and to-market brochure, and create print ads.
